About Sam

I landed in Sydney four years ago from London. While the transition was initially tricky - sacrificing the British weather in exchange for all-round sun; trading the greys and slates of central London for the world’s best beaches and swapping the commute in an overheated underground in favour of a morning coastal run - I somehow learned to adapt quickly.

I've loved exploring Australia and am grateful to be working in a career I have enjoyed for many years. I fell into recruitment long enough ago that I had hair and haven’t looked back since! 

Outside of work

Is all about getting out of the house. As a foodie & chef try-hard, one of my passions is looking for new places to eat or creating as much mess as possible with new recipes & the fire extinguisher at the ready. 

You’ll also find me injuring myself at Crossfit, pretending to be coordinated in the boxing gym, scoping out the next holiday, (Japan skiing, please,) harbour runs, cold beers at the beach, geeking out on movie trivia, camping & galaxy-gazing, channeling my best Ian Thorpe in the pool, city shopping for clothes I don’t need, watching my soccer team - Arsenal - bottle their season and daily check-ins on the family group chat (yes mum, I’m still fine.)
