About Nick

I grew up in Central West NSW and moved straight to the big smoke of Sydney when I finished school, where I completed Bachelors of Arts and Law. I dabbled working in tax law, working for a Big 4 accounting firm and in legal practice, however decided I needed a career change after having my head buried in tax legislation for a few years. So, like most in the recruitment industry, I kind of fell into it after a couple of mates said I should give it a go. 12 years later and I’ve now worked across executive search and interim management, in-house and professional recruitment, and now specialise within the engineering, maintenance and asset management disciplines.


I moved to Newcastle with my wife back in 2015 for a more relaxed lifestyle and now have three daughters and a hyperactive staffy that keep is entertained when I’m not recruiting!


Outside of work

Other than eating, I love hanging out with my wife and three daughters, whether at one of Newcastle’s amazing beaches, by the pool or just at the local park riding bikes. I spend plenty of my weekends hanging out with friends, having a bbq and enjoying a beer or wine. The next family holiday is also always on my mind!
