An organisation located in the SouthWest of Sydney who offer their clients a diverse range of technical and solutions focused services. To assist the General Manager they are seeking an experienced HR Generalist in a standalone role to join their team.
- End to end recruitment process
- Assist with payroll inquiries
- Project management
- Assisting with integration and implementation
- All administrative tasks related with HR processes
- Communication of company policy to the business
- Prepare training/on boarding material for new starters
- Interpretation of employment legislation and awards
- Business partnering with Senior Leaders, Line Managers and employees to provide strategic support
The Successful candidate will have
- Previous experience in a similar Generalits role.
- The ability to maintain a level of confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail and a high level of efficiency
- Immediate start!
