Permanent Recruitment
So, you are looking to add new talent to your team, and you have approval for permanent headcount but can’t find your superstar directly? That’s where we come in. Permanent recruitment is about getting the fit right to ensure a lasting relationship between employer and employee and that adds value to both parties. We listen and consult with both parties to ensure we align both technical and cultural elements and that there is room to grow and develop.
Temporary Recruitment
Whether you are looking for short term holiday cover, needing to ensure the delivery of a project or meet a key deadline, or simply need an extra pair of hands to get through a backlog or extra workload we have all your temporary and interim needs covered. We have strong and extensive networks of both reliable ‘career contractors’ as well as candidates who are perhaps between roles and thus immediately available, or open to the idea of a temp to perm opportunity. There are all sorts of reasons a business may require a temp and likewise for a candidate – our role is put both parties together! Temps can provide a huge relief to businesses with all the flexibility needed.
Contract Recruitment
Not perm, not temp but absolutely another hire we can assist with! Contract refers to candidates that are employed by a company for a defined and fixed duration. These tend to be longer than a couple of months, usually from 6-24 months. Those on a ‘fixed term contract’ will usually be paid directly with the business and will accrue annual leave, sick leave and may sometimes be entitled to other perks that permanent staff are. An example of this might be a maternity leave cover hire or a specific project to deliver.
Payroll Services
West Recruitment is proud to also offer an end-to-end Payroll service. If you source your interim worker directly but don’t have the resources to payroll them, look no further! We can take of all statutory payroll requirements and can process payroll weekly to any PAYG or ABN worker on either hourly or daily rates.
