About Helen

After working as a Payroll Manager in London for many years, I returned to Sydney with a hankering for something new. I applied for a role with a recruitment agency in Sydney and before I knew it I was working in recruitment myself! I then worked in the Sydney accounting space within commerce and industry for over 12 years and always thoroughly enjoyed the challenges recruitment provided. I have since moved away from front line recruiting and into more of the behind-the-scenes operations at West Recruitment, in particular I am now responsible for marketing, branding, events, L&D and tech projects.


Outside of work

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, exploring other parts of the world, running around the lovely Northern Beaches and enjoying a good large glass of red.

After many years as a Recruiter in the Accounting & Finance market, I have since moved into looking after our Brand, Marketing and Events for West as well as our internal L&D and tech stack projects.
