About Newton

I completed my BA Commerce at the University of Western Sydney before commencing my recruitment career in 2001 based in Parramatta and have specialised in Accounting recruitment since then.

I am a purpose and values driven individual who has been fortunate to do something I love and also make a living out of it.

My why: I love helping & empowering others to thrive in life;

My mission: To serve, provide, inspire, empower others to surpass their potential;

Outside of work

I'm proud to be the Gazelle in our a family of Lionesses where my wife and two daughters Coach and Train in Brazilian Jujitsu. We are the crazy family who loves staying active and are always preaching health is wealth. Sports wise, I'm proud to represent my country East Timor in Oztag playing in the International Tag Series and also had the privilege of sharing this experience with my two daughters who made their debut for East Timor in 2024. Off the Oztag field you'll find me every Saturday morning conquering the famous South Coogee Stairs pretending "I'm carrying the boats" like David Goggins and then getting my dose of Vitamin Sea at Maroubra Beach.

Outside of work

I have two teenage daughters and an amazing wife.

We are the crazy family who loves staying active and are always preaching “health is wealth”. My passion is running, it is natures best mood relaxer and helps you detox from life’s daily stresses. You can catch us every Saturday morning with our tribe training at South Coogee stairs and then chilling afterwards at our local Maroubra Beach.

Sports wise I am a long-time suffering Wests Tigers fan, I play in a mixed oztag team with my daughters and also am constantly staying on the good side of my wife who is a Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu coach.
