About your new job
Working closely with Finance & Operations teams your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
•Schedule and track inbound and outgoing international shipments
•Raising purchase orders
•Obtain invoices as required and do matching to PO’s.
•Code supplier invoices to applicable GL account
•Assisting with the implementation of the inventory management system
•Maintain database and ensure all supplier and customer information is updated and correct
•Any ad-hoc tasks as required within the finance team
About You
To be successful in this role you will ideally have exposure to the following:
•Previous background in a similar position with experience in Accounts
•Strong Knowledge of Excel
•High level of accuracy and attention to detail
•Excellent communication skills
•Immediately available
