About your new job
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager the role will see you work closely with the accounts payable team to achieve team targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Match Purchase Orders to Invoices
• Identify any discrepancies and resolve them appropriately
• Follow up on any missing information and investigate queries
• Vendor reconciliations
• Prepare payments runs
• Provide data and information to internal stakeholders as required
• General administrative tasks
About you
To be successful in this role you will need to have exposure to the following:
• Previous experience in accounts payable within a high-volume environment
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Excel
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Exposure to large ERP systems
