About your new employer
This is a small Australian organisation that provides a highly in-demand service. Due to recent growth and increased demand for services an opportunity has become available for an experienced admin and customer service office to join them on a temporary contract. The initial contract will be 3-4 months with a possible view for an extension
About your new job
The responsibilities of the role will include but not limited to:
Taking inbound and outbound calls in relation to booking customer appointments
Follow up with customers for further information
Handling inquiries and assisting customers
Help with the processing of invoices
Data entry of customer information into the system
Geral administrative tasks as required
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in Administration / Customer Service / Reception
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Microsoft packages
