About your new Role:

Reporting to the Application Manager, the IT Application Tester will join the application team to support the delivery of some exciting new tech that will enhance the way this business operates and engages with its customers. The Application Tester will rigorously test applications to ensure that they are functional and fit for purpose in line with the high standards this team has set.

Some of the key responsibilities include:
•Assist by providing input into the Test Automation
•Prepare and maintain detailed testing documents/test plans
•Follow issues through to the resolution as part of the testing process
•Deliver highly detailed reproduction steps to developers and BA's for potential defects
•Identify and recommend opportunities for the improvement of processes

About you!
•You are passionate about new technology and thrive in working in a transformational team that delivers products that truly lift the capabilities of your business.
•Will be experienced with Application / Software testing, ideally within a commercial organisation (not banking or government)
•Can demonstrate an understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
•Is able to write complex software testing procedures
•In depth knowledge of software testing programs such as Bespoke, CRM, eCommerce, etc
•Interpersonally, you are a proactive communicator who enjoys working as part of a team. •You are self motivated and thrive in a fast paced and exciting work environment
