About your new role

We are looking for a switched-on HRIS Applications Analyst that has solid support experience with Chris21 (or similar) and shares the same values and motivations in working for a non-profit organisation.

Some of the key tasks aligned to this role will include:
•Maintaining and configuring Chris21 HRIS •System including integration with other systems.
•Making sure the Chris21 system properly records information.
•Maintain good external relationships with services and support providers.
•Planning of data backup procedures and fall-back strategies.

About you
•2+ years of experience working in an Application Support or Application Analyst role.
•Proven knowledge and expertise with Chris21 or similar HRIS system.
•Experience in supporting enterprise-level applications.
•Well-versed in explaining technical information to non-technical people.
