About your new company:
Founded over 40 years ago, our client has continued to grow from strength to strength and is now a major player in the lighting, electrical and data Industries. The business now boasts over 30 branches across the East Coast.

About your new role:
Reporting to the Regional General Manager, the primary responsibility is to ensure that the Branch is running at an operating profit. Other aspects of the role include –
•Ensuring that all Company policies and procedures are adhered to
•Ensuring workplace health and safety for you and others
•Effective staff management and guidance
•Identifying growth opportunities and business development
•Reviewing various reports to identify gaps and trends
•Assisting customers as required
•Stock control

About you:
•Ideally from the Electrical Trade
•Seeking a great business to further develop your career
•You might current be a 2IC or Business Development Manager
•Excellent Leadership and people skills
•Proven ability to interpret reports and other data
•Knowledge of OH&S, Quality Management Systems, stock control and stocktake procedures
