We are partnering with a progressive business who are a market leader in the Healthcare Sector. Their ongoing focus is to drive future performance by putting in place strategies that have been supported by strong analytical evidence and data insights.

This is a Greenfields role where you will be implementing the BI & Analytics function for this rapidly growing business. Working closely with IT, yet sitting as part of the finance team, this is a role that will directly influence the strategic, commercial and financial direction of the business. Your first win will be to understand the rhythm of the Australasian business then build and execute and intelligence strategy with a clear road map of value creation to key stakeholders. In addition, you will look to standardise financial, operational and management data across divisions to unify systems and processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has an inquisitive mindset and a can form strong relationships with key stakeholders. It is expected that this role will best suit someone who is CA / CPA qualified and has experience setting up a finance BI and Analytics function. Needless to say, strong communication and influencing skills are a must.
