About your new job

Reporting to the Credit & Claims Manager your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Managing all incoming claims and queries (by email & phone)
Assessing, logging, and allocating claims to relevant departments
Investigate claims and reconcile customer accounts
Handling customer disputes and providing updates on the progress of claims
Raise claims to relevant accounts and make adjustments
General administrative tasks

About You

To be successful in this role you will ideally have exposure in the following:
Previous exposure in a similar position – claims administration
Previous experience in accounts receivable / credit control or customer service
Accuracy and attention to detail
Strong customer service skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency with Excel and exposure to ERP systems
