Your new role:
We are seeking a Commercial Analyst who will partner closely with the Sales & Marketing divisions. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has the ability to add value through strategic analysis and financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:
• P&L Modelling: Build and manage financial models to assess the profitability and financial impact of various initiatives.
• Business Cases: Develop and analyse business cases to support key business decisions, including new product development and innovation.
• Costing & Pricing: Provide accurate and actionable insights into costings, pricing strategies, and margin improvement opportunities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure alignment and drive business objectives forward.
• New Product Development: Support product innovation by providing financial insights, helping to ensure that new product lines are commercially viable.
About you

To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Experience in P&L modelling, business case development, and costing.
• Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing sector is desirable
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
• A passion for new product development and a track record of partnering with Sales & Marketing teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong eye for detail.
• Positive and pro-active demeanour with a willingness to work well in a team environment
