The Opportunity:

Due to strategic growth and thirst from the board to consolidate recent success, this is a greenfields opportunity providing a chance for you to make this role your own and create a legacy within the organisation. Reporting to the Commercial Director of Developments, this is a broad role that will deliver add-value insights, analysis, and control across a range of built form projects that will vary in size and complexity. Specific responsibilities will include modelling, building feasibility and cash flow models, reporting, budgeting & forecasting, development advisory and plenty of business partnering.

About You and Future Career Opportunities:

It is expected you have come from a construction or property portfolio environment and have a deep understanding of the dynamics around new build developments & construction. Given this now stand-alone division, role and team are embryonic, one of the first tasks will be to recruit a team as you show the broader business the value you can add to decision making. Future opportunities are imminent as this division continues to grow.
