About your new role
Leading a team, you will have responsibility for delivering quality and insightful information and act as a true Commercial Finance Business Partner.

The role will work closely with Department Heads to translate business and strategic objectives into targets, and tactical plans, preparation of business cases and provide detailed financial analysis across multiple data sets.

As well as providing input into strategy, this position will oversee the division's budgeting and forecasting, develop benchmarking metrics, produce output for the Board and provide ongoing coaching and support to the team.

About you!
•Will hold a professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA)
•Extensive experience in a similar Commercial Manager role working for another fast-paced large company
•You will be an energetic and natural communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with business leaders and with those who have a non-financial background;
•Proven people leadership skills, able to direct and develop the finance team, including providing coaching and career development support.
•Engage with others collaboratively, and work to a high standard with accuracy and deliver on time;
•Enjoy working as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple stakeholders.
