About your new job
You will be leading from the front and leading by example. Duties will include but won’t be limited to the following –
•Daily management of a team of 10 Contact Centre Agents
•Training, mentoring, developing and recruiting of Agents
•Responding to incoming online enquiries
•Ensuring Agent quality and compliance
•Manage the career growth and development of all Agents
•Providing regular coaching and development opportunities for all Agents

About you
•Proven Contact Centre Team Leading experience, ideally within the Telco environment
Strong computer skills and the ability to successfully navigate multiple systems
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Proven experience in leading a high-performing team and maintaining high performance
•Willingness to lead from the front and work alongside the team
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
