About your new job
This role is a strong mix of contract administration and reporting. They have one major client which is the state government and this role centres around supporting the management of that contract and any reporting requirements.
Your role would cover:
Managing Service Delivery and Quarterly Executive Reports
Manage compliance of contracts and Key Performance Indicators
Produce Monthly Operational Reports
Liaise with Accounts and Finance department with any changes to Contracts that may impact the Monthly Invoices or Commercial Report data
Liaise with other departments to produce operational reports and ensure accuracy
Assist with the creation and compliance of employee training material
Assist with the recruitment of new staff, including advertising and interviews
Provide customer service, both internally and externally
About You
You will be an experienced Contracts or Reporting Administrator with the ability to provide support in a variety of administrative functions. To be successful in this role you will ideally have exposure to the following:
Previous experience in a similar position particularly supporting a team including its management
Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages - most importantly Excel
Ability to work to a strict schedule and be results-focused
Strong communication skills as well as attention to detail
Proactive and forward-thinking
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
