About YOUR new job:
This role will be pivotal in devising and preparing a largescale bid for an upcoming infrastructure programs. Key responsibilities include:

•Prepare assessment and approval materials for senior executives, steering committees and the Board
•Act as an interface between various internal workstreams and external advisors, such as legal, commercial, tax, accounting and technical, to ensure timely completion of deal
•Evaluate the fundamentals of the opportunity by performing financial and commercial analysis as well as qualitative evaluation
•Support commercial negotiations, providing necessary analysis on key factors to consider
•Support deal structuring, considering various key parameters such as funding, tax, and regulatory compliance

About YOU!
•Will have a proven track record at being able to align multiple parties on complex, long term and high value projects.
•Possesses broad strategic and commercial background, with 7-10 or more years of experience in Strategy Consulting, investment banking and/or in-house business development roles.
•A proven track record structuring and executing transactions as a principal
•Interpersonally, you are a strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence. You are able to communicate and engage with stakeholders effectively and build confidence with people from the boardroom to the warehouse.
