About your new job:
As a Parts Sales Professional, you will play a key role in end-to-end sales process while providing exceptional customer service. Reporting to the National Parts Manager, this is a full-time position, with the start and finish time negotiable. key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and growing sales opportunities to exceed set targets
• Managing phone, email, and counter sales in a busy environment
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Proactively identifying potential growth for both existing and new customers
• Providing accurate parts interpretation and product knowledge to clients
• Proposing strategies to improve efficiency and increase sales
• Delivering a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders

About you:
• Experience in spare parts interpretation (highly regarded but not essential)
• A strong mechanical Aptitude as this role require to learn mechanical parts, reading manuals etc.
• A proactive work ethic with a 'can-do' attitude
• Strong administrative skills and experience with ERP systems (MYOB preferred)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
