About your new job

Reporting to the Credit & Claims Manager your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
•Allocation of payments
•Bank and debtor reconciliations
•Assist with the opening of new accounts
•Collection calls and managing all incoming claims and queries (by email & phone)
•Assessing, logging and allocating claims to relevant departments
•Investigate claims and reconcile customer accounts
•Raise claims to relevant accounts and make adjustments
•General administrative tasks

About You

To be successful in this role you will ideally have exposure to the following:
•Previous experience in a similar position – Credit Control/Accounts Receivable with Claims experience
•Previous exposure within an FMCG industry
•Accuracy and attention to detail
•Strong customer service skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
•Proficiency with excel and exposure with ERP systems
