About your new job
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for a professional and experienced Customer Relationship Consultant to join their vibrant office in Norwest. Your duties will include but not be limited to –
•Answering customer questions in relation to their concerns, creating case files, and providing responses to customers in a timely manner
•Investigating customer requests and complaints received by email, phone, and post and raising concerns to the relevant stakeholders within the business
•Regular updating and maintenance of data in system in compliance with correct data handling procedures

About you!
•Previous experience in a high-paced, customer service role within a Contact Centre environment
•Always display a customer-focused mindset and be able to deliver empathetic service regardless of circumstances
•Able to think outside the square demonstrating an agile approach to work
•Be able to always deliver an excellent customer service experience
•Experience in an automotive field is a benefit but not essential – if you have call centre experience within finance, insurance, disputes or the like – this will be highly regarded
