About The Role

The Application Specialist will have demonstrable experience working across DERMS and ADMS. You'll be working in the Commercial team, closely with the senior managers, Operational Technology & Asset Management specialists to work on the BAU protocols and processes - in conjunction with new project proposals currently in the project pipeline, such as the ADMS upgrade. This role will involved a rostering working schedule. Projects within this team are highly visible and critical to the wider business - you'll be in a business-wide revered team and part of a hugely successful landscape, which will offer superb long-term career prospects.

About You

- Background in Electrical Engineering or similar field of study
- Previous experience working in distributed energy resource management systems (DERMS)
- Previous experience working in advanced distribution management systems (ADMS)
- Experience of GE PowerOn is essential
- Broad IT knowledge essential - oracle databases; PostgreSQL / MSSQL; scripting; Python; outage management
- Industry experience in Electric Utility distribution operations
