About the opportunity

The Data Analyst will be responsible for the implementation, customisation and maintenance of business data information systems. Some of the key tasks will include:
•Use your data skills to assist business units in getting timely access to reliable, repeatable and relatable reporting to make data-driven decisions.
•Ensuring that master data is accurate by conducting audits and identifying trends that may indicate problems with data quality.
•Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation and implement changes to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
•Manage system backups and disaster recovery procedures, ensuring that data is protected and recoverable in the event of a disaster.
•Implement and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.

About you
•Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
•3+ years of experience with data analysis and data visualisation tools including Power BI and Excel.
•Strong experience with NetSuite (or similar SaaS ERP/CRM).
•Any experience with Blueshift or similar software would be advantageous.
•FMCG industry experience would be highly valued.
•Familiarity with security policies and procedures
•Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
