Your new role
Working very closely with the team lead in a very close & collaborative team you will be responsible for:
•Execute relevant Service Management processes to drive consistent service delivery for incidents, problems, change and requests related to Technology application platforms;
•Participate in the development of the Digital & SaaS Applications strategy and roadmap;
•Design and maintain sustainable, secure, reliable and high performing web solutions and services to meet business needs, considering integration with legacy services;
•Manage the design of Digital & SaaS solutions in support of refreshes and/or upgrades or other system/application integrations with existing solutions;
•Implement plans for the reliable operation of the key platforms, including disaster recovery and business continuity plans;
•Manage and maintains timely and accurate system documentation including change requests, technical and user guides, software asset and configuration registers, problem and resolution knowledge bases and other technical documentation;
•Plan the development of new requirements, features and functionality to meet business requirements;
•Provide technical support and training for Digital applications including escalation and resolution to external service providers in line with service management and delivery standards; and
•Liaise with managed support vendors & business stakeholders to lead the ongoing Support & DevOps pipeline for Digital Applications – such as ESRI, Squiz, Intranet & Internet Applications

About you

To be successful in this role you will need:
- Strong experience as an ESRI Developer
- Exposure to PEGA & Squiz is desirable
- Be a "team player" and work well in a collaborative environment
- Must live in Sydney or able to travel to Sydney 3 days a week
