The Opportunity

Due to strong and consistent growth, the role of Digital Marketing Manager has been created at a group level to drive sales, brand engagement and E-Comm capabilities.
As a new role, there is plenty of scope to introduce new initiatives, deliver structured procedures and build a high performing team to deliver company objectives.

Some of the key tasks include:
Engage with business leaders including Sales & Marketing teams to develop the online strategy
Management of websites across the group, ensuring functionality and reliability (circa 10).
Utilise analytical tools to gauge customer experience
Implement programs designed to drive sales conversion rates and customer enquiry
Introduce new technologies and techniques to engage with target audiences
Your Background

As the successful applicant, you come with experience leading a Digital Marketing function, ideally with a business within a consumer products or inventory based industry. You will also have leadership experience where you have built or lead a high performing team with a track record of success.
Additionally, you are an innovative and quick thinking leader who is open to new ideas and technologies that ensure you operate are at the forefront of your field.
