About your new role
This rewarding opportunity will see you reporting to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
•Establish a strong partnership with the Operations Manager to build a high-performing team
•Provide regular coaching, mentoring and development
•Participate in the recruitment, induction, performance, and career path and training of team members
•Ensure work instructions are clearly outlined for the team to ensure goods out, on time and in lien with company policy and standards
•First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
•Participate in regular audits to ensure that the team is compliant with company policy and procedures

About you

•Passionate about creating a high-performing team and leading by example
•Exceptional customer service skills with an excellent ability to problem-solve
•Excellent skills with various technology, ideally Salesforce, JDE and MS Office Suite
•Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
•Superior communication skills, written and verbal, with proven ability to build relations both internally and externally
