About your new role:

In this pivotal role, you will assume responsibility for ensuring the efficient and seamless operation of our office, providing invaluable support to our esteemed Technical & Operations leaders. Your diverse range of responsibilities will encompass, yet not be limited to:
•Furnishing comprehensive administration support
•Diligently recording accurate meeting minutes
•Extending assistance to Project Managers and Engineers
•Successfully managing diaries and schedules
•Ad-hoc duties as required
