As the Field Team Manager, you will be key in driving a safety culture and customer-centric focus. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Field Manager to continue the drive for quality service delivery while advancing your career. There are currently two Territory’s available – South West and North West.

ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
•Guide and develop a customer-focused and high-performance team.
•Ensure a strong safety focus and culture.
•First point of contact for all safety incidents.
•Seeking additional opportunities to increase profit for the business.
•Conduct regular team meetings and encourage involvement and collaboration.
Implement positive chance and clearly outline the desired outcomes.
•Two Territory's to choose – South West or North West

ABOUT YOU:
•Field staff management of 20 +.
•Strong leader that enjoys leading change.
•Proven experience in building teams.
•You hold a current Class C License.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
