About your new job

Working closely with the Finance Business Partner your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

•Assist with accurate and timely reporting by extracting and updating various production and stock data
•Ensure integrity and accuracy of data
•Upload third-party and customer information and contracts
•Ensure product codes and costing documents are regularly updated
•Update and general analysis of labour data costs
•Populate and update weekly models for financial reporting
•Assist with data integrity for operational reporting
•Maintain monthly cost simulator spreadsheet
•Any ad-hoc tasks as required within the Finance and Operations team

About You

To be successful in this role you will ideally have exposure to the following:
•Previous experience within either Finance / Operations / Production
•Some master data exposure or data analysis
•Knowledge of Excel – intermediate or higher
•High level of accuracy and attention to detail
•Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders
•Problem-solving and analytical skills
•Willingness to learn and add value to the business
