About your new role
Working with the Senior Finance Manager, you will have responsibility for delivering quality and insightful information an act as a true Finance Business Partner.

Responsibilities include ;

•Manage reporting obligations including financial statements audit and tax returns
•Deliver monthly consolidated management reporting including analysis and commentary for Fund Managers
•Preparation and review of annual and half year statutory accounts including consolidation model, financial statements, and other reporting obligations
•Assist with the preparation of investors presentation, annual report
•Cashflow management
•Preparation of technical accounting papers and assist with Audit review
•Deliver timely and accurate tax working papers for tax returns
•Ensure accurate and timely calculation and payment of distribution
•Working closely with treasury, capital transaction, property services and system supports

About you?
•Will hold a professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA)
•Experience leading a team in a similar inancial control role working for another fast-paced large company (financial services, funds management, property) OR
•Be a first mover out of a leading chartered firm with relevant sector experience
•You will be an energetic and natural communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with business leaders and with those who have a non-financial background;
•Engage with others collaboratively, and work to a high standard with accuracy and deliver on time;
•Enjoy working as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple stakeholders.
