About your new job
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, this role has been created to support multiple business units across the business nationally.

Some of the key responsibilities include:
•Drive continued best practice and process improvement projects
•Prepare accounting and management reporting packs for the Board including variance analysis
•Knowledge of statutory reporting requirements and accounting standards
•Manage monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting period close
•Management of Balance sheet reconciliations and cost allocations

About You
•Previous experience performing the above-listed tasks
•Has a hands-on work ethos and can lead from the front
•Demonstrate technical proficiency with accounting concepts
•Will hold a professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA/ICCA)
•A self-starter, with strong levels of drive, enthusiasm and initiative
•Comes from a fast-paced and transactional work environment, ideally a sub $500m company
