About YOUR new job:

You will manage all finance & accounting operations, develop, and improve on internal control policies & procedures, and manage financial risk. Your specific responsibilities will include:
•Managing all accounting operations including Billing, Payroll, A/R, A/P, GL and P&L integrity, and revenue recognition
•Manage and mentor a high performing team of finance team
•Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
•Engaging with internal key stakeholders to understand, suggest and support strategic planning and direction of group and individual business units.
•Coordinate closing, forecasting, budgeting process, CAPEX, and cash flow control
•Manage the month-end and year-end close process.
•Prepare monthly Board report for review by CFO

About YOU!
•Previous experience performing the above-listed tasks
•Has a ‘hands on’ work ethos and can lead from the front
•Will hold a professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA)
•Comes from a fast-paced environment, ideally a sub $400m companies
•Strong analytical and systems knowledge within a manufacturing or retail industry
