We are working with a growing, dynamic market leader in the property sector whose mission is to provide customers with products that are of the highest quality. In the pursuit of growth, they are looking for a commercially minded Financial Controller - Projects to join the team.

About your new role
Working with the COO, leading a team, you will have responsibility for delivering quality and insightful information an act as a true Finance Business Partner.

Responsibilities include ;

•Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (including COO, Commerical Managers, Project Managers) and understand key business drivers and provide detailed financial analysis across multiple data sets. You will be providing high-level strategic and commercial advice.
•Lead, develop and maintain a detailed process to support all aspects of financial / management reporting, annual reporting, quarterly reporting, cash flow reporting, consolidations, planning and forecasting supporting the multiple projects underway nationally.
•Track and report monthly financial performance against baseline
•Compile and capture project budget and forecast estimates to completion
•Lead, direct and develop the finance team, including providing coaching and career development support.

About you?
•Will hold a professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA)
•Experience leading a team in a similar project centric financial control role working for another fast-paced large company (listed or multinational). •Property Development, Building, Construction or Financial Services is preferred.
•You will be an energetic and natural communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with business leaders and with those who have a non-financial background;
•Engage with others collaboratively, and work to a high standard with accuracy and deliver on time;
•Enjoy working as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple stakeholders.
