About your new job
The role of Fleet Controller is a vital component of our success. In this role, your responsibilities will be :
•Continual contact with clients, contractors, chauffeurs, and other company offices and licensees.
•You be self-motivated, support, and motivate other team members.
•You will oversee all aspects of fleet despatch, deal directly with contractors.
•Continuously monitor the efficiency and performance of the fleet, and most importantly look for ways to improve productivity to reduce errors
•Ensuring smooth change over with the next person taking over the shift including all jobs are allocated and flights check to their correct pick-up times.
•Be a team player, be a postive influence around others and be capable of handling stress and deadline.
About you
•Advanced computer skills
•Ability to set and re-set tasks throughout the day
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan resources effectively
•Shift work is a part of the role 5 day a week
•Previous experience in a fast-paced high-volume taxi or transport dispatch position would be viewed favorably but not necessary
•Professional and friendly manner with professional presentation
