West Recruitment is excited to be partnering with an established and respected Engineering Consultancy firm in Parramatta. The team consist of an two leading Senior structural engineers, two structural engineers and two draftsman. They have specialized across residential, commercial, industrial and community infrastructure projects for the past 30 years.

Your new role
Reporting to the Managing Director you will play a key role in contributing to and identifying opportunities for the business to grow and expand their capabilities.
•Designing and implementing processes to keep the day to day operations running smoothly
•Hiring, training and motivating staff
•Ensuring records are kept in compliance with best practice standards
•Problem-solving issues occurring in the practice
•Managing digital databases and records
•Managing cost control measures and use of company assets
•Attending to phone calls
•Liaising with clients and booking routine inspections
•Managing IT systems and service providers
•Overseeing Workplace Health and Safety
•Provide sales and marking concepts
•Assist the Financial Controller with accounting and budgeting activities

About You!
•A Degree or technical qualifications in business, management, human resources, accounting or related field
•Extensive leadership capabilities
•Excellent written and verbal English proficiency
•Have Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
•Experience in a consulting business or construction / engineering business highly desirable
•Demonstrated ability to lead business excellence and ISO implementation
