About your new role
Reporting to the CFO, leading a team, you will have responsibility for delivering quality technical and insightful information and act as a true Finance Business Partner. Key duties include :
•Head office reporting, annual reporting, managing month-end financial and management reports, performance reporting, overseeing an offshore reporting team
•Drive the statutory reporting requirements (for consolidation purposes) from each of the divisional reporting entities.
•Preparation of the tax and deferred tax calculations for the group in consultation with the tax team.
•Manage and develop stakeholder relationships with external parties
•Lead project initiatives to improve systems and processes across the business.

About you?
•Will hold a professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA)
•Experience leading a team in a similar group financial control role working for another fast-paced large company (listed or multinational).
•You will be an energetic and natural communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with business leaders and with those who have a non-financial background;
•Engage with others collaboratively, and work to a high standard with accuracy and deliver on time;
•Enjoy working as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple stakeholders.
