About your new employer
Your new employer is a Global, Industry leader who is located in over 80 countries, with their Head Office being located in Europe. They are experts in cutting-edge technology, and they are constantly expanding. Now due to another exciting growth phase, they are looking for an HR Graduate to join their fast-paced and friendly team.

About your new job
As an HR Graduate, you will work closely with the HR Manager and Business Partner to support the business with their day-to-day tasks. Your role will include but not be limited to –
•Recruitment administration – supporting and coordinating induction, onboarding, and exit processes
•Updating details of internal and external staff members
•Arranging medicals and other applicable pre-employment checks
•Coordinating events and meetings as required
•Assisting with the creation of employment contracts
•Completing reference checking and other due diligence requirements

About you!
•You will have the appropriate HR qualifications, for example, a degree or Bachelor’s in Human Resources
•Have high attention to detail
•You will have the ability to work autonomously or in a team environment
•You will have the drive to work in a fast-paced environment while learning new aspects of Human Resources
•Have sound experience in the MS Office Suite, ideally intermediate + in Excel
