About your new job

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR Manager and Business Partner to support the business with its day-to-day tasks. Your role will include but not be limited to –
•Gather and collate information from internal HR and other stakeholder departments for use in HR Guidelines
•Supporting and co-coordinating induction, on-boarding and exit processes
•Preparation of new starter access in the relevant systems
•Coordinate required personnel/ training documents and update database
•Support payroll preparation process with TMS preparation and setup
•Work alongside the HR Manager on Projects and daily tasks
•Support improvement projects and processes across HR client groups
•Support the Learning and Development projects, initiatives, and daily tasks
•Compliance Training coordination
•Any other task as directed

About you!
•You will have the appropriate HR qualifications, for example, a degree or Bachelor’s in Human Resources, etc.
•Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
•You will have the ability to work autonomously or in a team environment
•You will have the drive to work in a fast-paced environment while learning new aspects of Human Resources
•Have sound experience in the MS Office Suite, ideally intermediate + in Excel
