HR Partner Jobs

- $140,000 - 160,000 + super + bonus
- Newly created position for the region

A unique opportunity to join a large manufacturing and operations business with offices based in Western Sydney. Following a regional restructure, they have created a HR Partner position to support their current workforce across a corporate and operations portfolio.

Reporting to the Regional HR Leader and supporting multiple senior leaders, you will work closely to support ongoing strategic and transformation projects. In addition, you will build long term partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring that you always demonstrate integrity, strong ethics and values, together with dedicated customer focus with every interaction.

The main responsibilities include:
•Lead and drive the People & Culture partnership with relevant divisions
•Partner closely with Executive and senior leaders to understand the present challenges and future objectives for their groups, and develop, design and implement tailored people strategies to support their operational and strategic objectives
•Proactively build positive, trusting, strategic relationships with Leaders
•Lead & deliver People & Culture programs and initiatives to embed a high performance culture
•Lead and support effective change management processes
•Support managers with end to end organisational design

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in supporting executive leaders in a complex business, with experience in change management & project management. This role will suit someone who is looking for that next challenge or to step up to be a true Business Partner, who is passionate about engagement, culture and all aspects of the talent lifecycle whilst delivering change and cultural improvement. IR/operations experience would be highly advantageous.
