West Recruitment is currently partnering with a large, Australian group that operates within the heavy industry sector in Western Sydney. This business has grown to become a major player within its' field and successfully operates several well known businesses throughout Australia.

The Opportunity

The HR Project Manager will be responsible for running greenfield projects including onboarding and offboarding improvements, manage their background checking process, personal hazards and adhoc projects This is a broad and challenging role that will utilize your broad experience in driving positive change across this organisation.

Your Profile
•Demonstrated experience leading HR projects from developing the strategy to implementation
•You are a ‘hands on’ HR project professional who can work on the top line strategy for a business as well as being able to get into the detail when required.
•You are able to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels and thrive in a fast paced, autonomous work environment.
