About Your New Role

To lead the IT & Digital organization within the ANZ business. You will continuously develop and orchestrate the IT and Digital capabilities which are critical in underpinning the wider global business IT & Digital strategy.
Other key responsibilities include:
•Build, develop and maintain the IT strategic roadmap for the IT ANZ business
•Lead internal technology projects for ANZ in close collaboration with respective customers and business units
•Lead, develop & coach the IT & Digital team in content, soft skills and digital transformation. Drive digital transformation and work closely with global counterparts
•Manage the IT P&L
•Drive business process and systems and global IT service consolidation to ensure transferable best practices for customers in order to drive effective business growth
•Manage the employee lifecycle of your team members, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, people development, talent identification, succession planning and engagement/retention.

About You
•Bachelor’s degree in an IT related discipline
•Demonstrable experience in Senior Leadership position - ideally within a global matrix organisation
•Excellent interpersonal, consultancy and conflict management
•Previous experience leading high performing teams
•Strong communication skills - verbal and written
•Extensive IT system and technology knowledge
•Excellent leadership and coaching skills
•Confidence in interacting to an expert level with executive management
•Ability to navigate different management and communication styles across different global regions
•A passion for all things IT and Digital
•Big picture thinker and strong business acumen
