About your new role
As the Head of Financiall Planning & Analysis, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial future. You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes, ensuring that we make data-driven decisions to drive our business forward. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and offers a unique opportunity to influence our financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the development of financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
•Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals.
•Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
•Manage a team of finance professionals, fostering their growth and development.
•Present financial results and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.

About you?
•CPA/CA qualified with a passion and a proven track record leading a financial planning and analysis function
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
•Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Experience in strategic financial planning
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Experience working in a large multinational organisation.
