Our client, a proudly Australian-owned and operated company with 30 years of experience in the infrastructure and construction industry, is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to build and develop relationships with their construction and infrastructure clients across NSW.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the brand is well recognized by target markets and seen as the first choice by customers, developing and realizing business/sales plans, managing a developing the team of 4 BDM's and developing commercial and financial strategies

You have a track record in driving growth via effective sales strategy and execution in a techincal/engineering environment. You are a highly motivated, self-starter with significant sales management experience and love the challenge that is business development in a highly competitive, fluid environment.
