The Opportunity - a flexible 6 month contract
The purpose of this position is to deliver the health and wellness plan across the organisation

Key Accountabilities
•Execution of the Health & Wellbeing Strategy
•Building and maintaining positive relationships with HS, Operational and Corporate stakeholders
•Single point of contact for all proactive and reactive Health & Wellbeing issues within area ofresponsibility
•Provide leadership, technical advice and solutions for Health & Wellbeing related issues
•Coach and build capability in-field and within Operational teams for key Health & Safety activities including resiliance, job design, msuculoskeletal risk, fatigue management, and early intervention.
•Implementation and ownership of the organisations Health & Safety Management System
•Contribution to strategic Health & Wellbeing programs
•Health & Safety Management System implementation and improvement
•Participation in strategic project teams
•Any other tasks as requested or directed by Head of Health & Safety
•Return to Work Management (Work Related & Non Work Related)

The Successful Candidate
This role will appeal to an experienced Physiotherapist, Health Scientest or similar, who enjoys challenging ideas and driving improvements. Significant experience in a similar professional role, along with Allied Health Experience.
