About Your New employer:

West Technology has partnered with a global company that is a household brand known for its large range of premium products within the consumer electronics space.

About your new role:

This is an opportunity for motivated Level 1 Helpdesk officer to join the team. This person will be responsible for administrative duties with the primary objective to act as the first point of contact for internal customers.

Some of the key tasks will include:
•Acting as the first point of contact for internal customer support
•Logging support requests
•Ensuring SLAs are being met
•Resolve tickets at the first point of contact where possible
•Escalating issues to appropriate team member

About You:
•Will hold a qualification in technology or be close to finalising.
•Can demonstrate an understanding of windows servers and infrastructure.
•Will have some relevant work experience within the IT sector, and could include 6-12 months of work experience performed as part of your studies.
•You have a 'Can Do' attitude and are eager to learn and develop your skills.
•Has excellent problem solving skills coupled with a customer centric attitude.
