About your new job
You will be working collaboratively with various stakeholders with a focus on improving employee engagement and enhancing their overall employee experience.
•Undertaking various projects in collaboration with the People & Culture team
•Development and rolling out of various programs e.g employee engagement
•Providing guidance to various managers on performance development, performance improvement and disciplinary matters
•Supporting the Talent Acquisition partner as required eg Recruitment, selection and onboarding
•Working closely with line managers to encourage high performance within their teams
•Coordinate job evaluations and benchmarking for new or changed roles
•Managing Workers Compensation claims and Return to Work Plans

About you
To be successful in this role you will have the following –
•HR Qualification
•Demonstrated knowledge and experience with HR and IR legislations
•Proven experience using management information systems, ideally Workday
•Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
•Ability and experience in managing sensitive and confidential information
•Advanced MS Office skills
