West Technology is excited to be partnering with a well known Australian company with consistent growth across the operational technology and critical infrastructure space. The business is continuing to invest in technology with the ongoing development of critical projects and programs.

The Opportunity
The IT Business Partner will take ownership and manage work associated within the data product delivery team. The role combines business analysis and data management to understand the products from stakeholders and report on progress. This requires coordinating resources and responsibility for the governance around the product delivery process. You will:
•Drive the delivery of best practice product solutions to benefit the organisation
•Manage a complex portfolio of delivery for a wide variety of stakeholders
•Understand prioritisation and dependencies across the portfolio
•Create and maintain robust reporting that can be used to drive delivery performance
•Track and manage the delivery and execution of the data products
•Manage projects and initiatives to deliver key reporting and ad-hoc data requests for internal and external stakeholders
•Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements for the team to deliver
•Run required agile ceremonies for the team
•Work across the product teams to understand and resolve capacity and dependencies
•Perform User Acceptance Testing for PMO related applications.
•Assist in documentation for efficient and effective branch procedures that align with company policy.

The Successful Applicant
•Demonstrable experience in a similar/professional role
•Business Analysis Background
•Working within operational technology or critical infrastructure business preferred
•Previous experience in an IT Business Partner or Business Analyst role
•Experience of working in a product or data related role
•Ability to design, plan, organise, and implement projects and tasks within a deadline.
•Strong business analysis and/or project management skills
•Ability to initiate, maintain and control the progress of programs.
•Resourceful team player who is good at building trusting relationships Corporate •Software Applications (SAP, SuccessFactors, PowerBI) preferred
•Ability to work with large data sets and produce recommendations and reports
•Strong ability to interpret reports and recommendations for wider business goal setting And objectives
