About Your New Role

As part of a global transformation program, the IT Business Partner will be working on the ‘End to end’ delivery of a new CRM solution that will revolutionise the way this business conducts business in both B2B & B2C. This permanent, full time role will see you perform the following tasks:
•Engage with internal customers to critically assess business requirements.
•Prepare a business case to validate the desired solution.
•Present the strategic roadmap for the journey include resource planning.
•Collaborate with the Project Manager & PMO team on setting milestones and key deliverables.
•Manage relationships with external vendors and 3rd party suppliers.
•Provide thought leadership on the CRM design and suitability for requirements.

About You!
•You will have ‘hands on’ experience with the above listed tasks as either a consultant, Business Analyst or CRM subject specialist from an end client.
•Will have substantial experience delivering CRM solutions with Salesforce experience being ideal.
•You know how to bring structure and discipline to this project in line with ‘best practice’.
•You’re understanding of the customer journey including customer onboarding, customer loyalty, marketing, e-commerce, B2B & B2C will ensure your success in this role.
